As the President of the Home Owners Association I want to wish you a very warm Welcome to the Mesquite Country Club Condominium Home Owners website.

We are delighted to have you visit. Our home owners are incredibly proud of our little piece of paradise and we love to share it. Whether you are a full or part-time resident, long or short term renter, or just visiting the Palm Springs Area, our vibrant community offers many amenities that are designed to please you. Our location in the middle of historic Palm Springs adds countless opportunities for dining, theatre, arts, movies, and other entertainment options within walking distance.

Our 600 homes, located in five separate gated communities surrounding the Mesquite Golf and Country Club, were built in the mid 1980?s. We take pride in the fact that they have been cared for with such attention to detail that they look as wonderful today as they did when they were newly built. We consider the landscaping and mature trees to be a wonderful asset that has grown up with our community. We boast 16 pools and 18 spas so every unit has access to these amenities. Each gated community has a tennis court, or two, and the entire complex enjoys the splendor and panoramic beauty of the golf course and the surrounding mountains. We are privileged to have access to the paved bike and walking path that runs the full length of the golf course.

Our close relationship with the Mesquite Golf and Country Club provides owners reduced green fees and discounts on pro shop items and in the restaurant.

If you are thinking about the purchase of one of our units, either as a home or a rental property, you might be interested to know that our units are immensely popular as rentals. We are pleased to say that the value of Mesquite properties has remained strong in spite of the recent difficult economic times. There are no fire sales at Mesquite.

Mesquite Country Club HOA needs you!

We are seeking volunteers to participate in the City of Palm Springs Neighborhood Organization. MCCHOA will be part of a larger 1300 household group representing our neighborhood surround the golf course. In order to make this happen, MCCHOA needs at least 5 volunteers to serve on the Neighborhood committee. You would be required to attend at least one yearly meeting, assist in communicating in the neighborhood and amongst your neighbors in the HOA. So many benefits are available to our neighborhood if we are able to form the group and have it officially recognized by the city of Palm Springs.
